Uses of Koflinctus Syrup
Koflinctus Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.

How to use Koflinctus Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Koflinctus Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Koflinctus Syrup works
Koflinctus Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Ammonium chloride, chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan and guaifenesin which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Ammonium chloride and guaifenesin are expectorants which decrease the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and help in its removal from the airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.

Common Nausea, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Vomiting, Allergic reaction, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Headache, Rash, Urticaria.
